9/6-10 “Fullmetal disappointing”

Hi.

I’m so damn disappointed!!!!

I’ve just looked through the RAWs of the final chapter of Fullmetal Alchemist and I’m a little sad.

Since it’s only the RAW and I didn’t look so close at the pages I don’t feel as sad as I will feel when it’s all over… But the anime will go on for another month and after that I will be empty… *sigh*

BUT! The reason that I dissapoited is beacue Roy and Riza is barely there! Just in a few pages. A few pages of 113! And they are not together! As a Royai fan I can’t describe what I feel right now. :’( Damn it! It’s been 2-3 years since I found FMA and this is it! + the pages are to unsharp  so I can’t even try to read it. If there even is something hidden there.

Well that was what I wanted to get out. Now I will post a Royai fanart and be out of here. Tomorrow it’s graduation, then it’s summer vacation, I have no idea what I will be doing.

I will surely be back in a day or two for the final FMA chapter review. And yes, I WILL do it!

14/12-09 “Fullmetal Alchemist ch 101 review 3″

Hi.

I was very busy yesterday so I didn’t have any time for the review, or anime.

I have begun to bee hooked up om “Cruel angels thesis” the opening for EVA.

I’ts just too awesome.

Anyway

After Roy says that he wont to the transmutation Mr Goldtooh asked if he is abandoning Riza, and says that that was cruel of him. Roy responds by saying that he’s not the one to talk, throwing away the lifes of the “fuhrer candidates”.

Mr Goldtooth responds to that by saying that they would be grateful to him, he took them in when their parents abandoned then, gave them a first class education and gave then a purpose in life.

Then Roy says “that why the rug is being pulled under your feet’s”.

And Mr Goldtooth is being pulled upward.

Nows the question. When Riza earlier in the chapter looked upwards, was that to show Roy that help was on the way? Or did Roy see that just then? Or was it a wild guess?

Will we ever know?

Now I have to stop, damn it! I was trying to get another picture here but it did not want to work. >:(

So I will continue tomorrow and hopefully finish 101. Sorry if anyone gets annoyed at me.   But I have two test on wendesday and a easey that have to be done by tomorrow so we will see how long it will be.

12/12-09 “Fullmetal Alchemist chapter 101 part 2″

Hi!

Now I’m back and will just continue with my 101 review! Yay!

Pang boom!

When the turn has come to Roy and the rest Riza is seen laying on the ground, floor or whatever. She is bleeding but she is not dead.  Roy is calling for her(?), yelling her name. Unfortunate for us Royai fans, he is yelling Lie tenant instead of Riza.

Riza, I can’t really explain how she looks. I guess that I can use one of my favorite words, shocked. But I also think that is is some fright mixed in. And a little confusuion.

“What the hell happened? Did he just slice my neck/throat?” Or something like that might go trough her mind. Or maybe… Damn it I forgot! I hate when that happens…

Put as a band aid on the wound Roy is totally pissed! Looking even more, if possibly, mad then when he was fighting Envy.

And all the fangirls to is squee because of the awesomeness. Thinking that he  totally (note to self, find new word…) cares for her more then a friend.

Like that wasn’t proved in earlier chapter.

While Roy is just yelling Riza gets dragged to a transmutation circle and Mr Gold-teeth tells Roy to do the transmutation, just like that. Right upside down, like we say in Sweden.

Gold-teeth asked who he wants to transmute.

Family, he is adopted so his parents is possibly very dead.

Friend, Maes of course who else?

Lover. 8| Does Roy has a dead lover or is Gold teeth just coming with suggestion without grounds? Yes, that must be it…

And when he mentions that Riza migth die Roy just looks to furious.

Am I the only one who liked that look on his face? Not that I want him to look like that. Oh damn,  Now it sounds liek he is a real person. Well, you get the point.

Then Riza says that she wont die, cause Roy has ordered her not to. She even manges to give Gold-teeth a strong look. Okej, that did not come out right. . .

I really hope that the new anime will go all the way. But, that means that the manga must end soon. But I really would love to see this scene in anime version. I just hope that they don’t mess it up. >:(

Goldteeth tells Riza(?) that with a immortal body she wont have to suffer.

“Your precious woman”  Huh. That just screams Royai! Can’t it just hurry up and  become official!

Now is the question what Goldteeth woud do? Make Riza to a homunculus? Aren’t they dead or in bodies already? Was he going to heal her? Then why?

Then he states that Riza has become quiet, and wonders if she died. The next panel shows Roy with his usual furious face, and you can tell that he’s feeling pretty useless.

But Riza isn’t dead, she responds with that no transmutation is necessary.

Roy is torn, he knows that transmutation is wrong and that it might, probably, wont even help her. But he can’t stand just watching the woman he loves die.

Riza sees Roy’s hesitation and looks him in the eyes. Telling him not to do it, not with words, with her eyes. Her expression.

But even though she “tells” him that transmutation is not a option and that he should not, under any circumstances, do it he  still torn.

You can really see the pain in his face.

Arakawa is to damn good!

I just have to start with Roy here. I really can’t explain his expression. It’s almost like it was when she first became hurt. Surprise, a feeling that he can’t do anything.

Riza expression is a little easier. I think that it’s like that she would never forgive him if he did it. Even thought it was for her sake.

And I guess that made Roy realize something.

Here he is especially torn.  He don’t want to watch her die! But he can’t do the transmutation.  It’s wrong, he knows it and so does she.  But he still wants to save her.  Poor Roy, everyone gets hurt and some dies.

But this dilemmas is something that makes FMA so damn great. Right?

Here he has a determinate expressed, but you can hint sadness in his eyes.

But he has decided not to do the transmutation. When if it’s on the cost of Rizas life. It would might not even be saved anyway.

Heh, shocked guy is shocked.

Well, wound you expect? He had treated Roy’s    weakest point, Riza. And he thought that that he would do anything to save her. Witch he kinda did. Riza wound not be happy if Roy died while saving her.

And by opening the gate he would not heal someone, just bring someone else there. Or would Gold-teeth help her if Roy transmuted? Then why did he drag her to the circle?

Well, that’s it for now, it’s late and I got load left. Don’t know when I will have time, it’s sunday! But I will finish my review even thought it means that I have to skip watching anime!

And I might, might have time to, at least, start on the 102 review. Yay!

10/12-09 Fullmetal Alchemist 202 hype and 201 review 1.

Oh my.

Fullmetal Alchemist chapter 103 came out today.

Oh shit, was my reaction for most of it. It was pretty damn awesome, Arakawa has done it again.

Just thinking about it makes me hyper.

But I can’t download it yet, so I decided to just start on my goddamn 102 review!

It started of with a color page featuring Bradley getting out of the water, sewer water.. That probably stings in his wounds. And then he has this really pissed look.  If you did not know better you might think that he thought “when I find the bastard who pushed me into the water I’m going to kick his sorry as!”

Then it’s switched to the Armstrong’s and curtis. Sieg  is confued and is calling for Izumi.

Then They finds out that Buccaner (not Naccania) has died fighting Wrath/Bradley. Olivia is shocked, and when one weird dude (hostage?) says that it’s impossible that Bradley died she brutally punches him.

She is told that the main gate is still closed and that he passed away with a smile. Then it’s quiet for a second or two and she says what’s above here.

She also tells Sieg that they will look out for his wife.

BTW, at first I did not get that Sieg ans Izumi was married. I don’t remember what I thought that they where but not Husband

Well, that was short now but I will be back with more tomorrow, I promise. Yeah!

That’s Mrs Bradley, the fuhrers wife. The he choose himself.  It’s also Selims “mother” who he is fond of.

So my question is, Is she going to be their weak point?

9/11-09 FMA chapter 101 link + update?

Hi.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to do the reviews today.  It’s already late and I have a test tomrorrow. *sigh*

Just wanted to say that I read chapter 101 of FMA today, scanlated and translated. That’s fast! I was not expecting the chapter out until tomorrow or the day after.  But that was a nice surprise. : )

I also saw episode 31 of Brotherhood and it haven’t been this great for a good while now. The animation was amazing, compared to what it usually is. I will post some pictures tomorrow.

And I will do a long nice review of chapter 101. One picture at a time.

8/11-09 “FMA ch 101 spoilers”

Hi.

This will be quite short due to the fact that I’m writing on my laptop.

Where I can’t see the whole writing screen, which is annoying. And it’s not the bast thing to write novels on.

You know, I’m so amazed that so many people voted on my poll, I was expecting around 10-20 votes, that why I said that I would have it up so long time. And now I got over a hundred on my first one and over 70 on my other. I will talk more about that after the chapter comes out.

You know! I got three comments this week, that really made my days. Thank you very much.  : )

And now the real reason I’m writing now.

I have seen some spoilers regarding chapter 101 of FMA, and they made me giggle like the mad fangirl I am.  So, just so you know, spoilers is going to be under here, beware. ~~~~

Riza is alive! Apparently May arrived and saved her. and on one of the (six) pictures Roy hugged Riza!  Probably right after May stopped her bleeding. And there is where I giggle like crazy. I have been smiling like an idiot the whole night! And I can’t wait for more scans, and the translated “real” chapter that I will expect in a couple of days.. : )

More than the Royai moment Bradley showed up, earlier then I expected actually. Roy was going to fight him but Bradley pinned him down to the floor(not that way) and stabbed his swords through Roy’s hands!

I don’t really know what more to say at the moment but here is one site who has the six teaser spoiler pages + translation.

2/11-09 “Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood ep 30″

Hi.

I saw episode 30 of Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood today.

Was planing on putting in some pictures but my computer wsa not on my side today. *sigh*

And I’m slightly disappointed in how the episode was played.  In the longturn it was great but they made some changes that I don’t reallt like.

• For example, Rizas dad died in his bed and Roy did not call for her.
• Riza did not ask if she could entrust her back to him
• The tattoo scene was different
• She did not save Roy and Hughes
• They meet in ishbal diffrently
• she did not ask roy ro burn her back.
• They did not show the Rockbells
• Or the Ishbalans
• Or when Armstrong saved some ishbalans, that Kimberly killed moments later.
• Marco and Knox did not talk
• Riza and Roy do not talk as much at the funeral, she donät mention her mother and don’t beg/ask him not to die
• Gran did not shot a officer with a “stray bullet”
• Roy did not tall Hughes about his dream

Yeah, I think that’s about it. But don’t get me wrong I really liked that episode. + that Riza got the two eyecatches! Nude… With her back showing, I was wondering when it would be her turn, I think thought that it would be in the episodes that Roy fought with Lust.  But noo.

Well, well. Now Roy and Riza won’t be in the series much for awhile, to bad. : (

BTW I borrowed my FMA mangato a friend of mine and guess what? She likes it! Not as much as I do of coruse but she likes it. : ) I can probably make her watch the anime to.  It’s kinda fun to ahve someone to talk with about this kind of stuff, since I’ve been a closet fan for 2 ½ years now.

12/10-09 “Golden time lover”

Hi.

I saw episode 27 of FMA brotherhood today. And I fell in love with the opening before they had started to sing. It’ was just to awesome!

And then I found out that the full version was out so I have been listening at that for hours! When i didn’t watch anime. But I did not do thing that I should do. Like my homework. I have a math test this week and I have done half of the chapter.

But I never feel like doing it.

Back to the opening.

It was truly amazing! It’s just like a opening should be, that is what I think. I don’t like it when it seems so amateur like. You know, with random clips.  But in this one it was zooming and such.

I really like the sequent with Kimberly, yes. Both. It really looks like a real opening. The ishbal pics was also a great thing(?).  And I also liked that they had the briggs in the way they did. The zooming is one thing. A fan “cutter” can’t do anything like that. It must be animated!

and thos special scenes make an opening good. And the scene where Roy is sitting by the fire is also great.

I don’t think I have anything to complain about!

And about the episode. Not that great. It was mostly recaps and did not give anything for the story line. I do wonder what “they” are thinking when they cut out small sweet things from the manga and put in a recap episode.

Asians. (joke)

I do hope that the next ep will be great. Soon the Elrics will head up north and we wont be able to see Roy and Riza as much. Depressing. But first is the ishbal flash back! Yey! I have been waiting for that for so long now.

Now when I think about, it’s over a year ago since I found out that it would be a new anime! It’s just so sad that it will end soon. I think that the manga might end around the same time as the anime. And that means in about a half year. But I’ve heard that the anime will span 63 episodes that then it will end in june/july. But that’s just 2-3 extra chapters.

I almost forgot! I was going to put in the video of the opening, so here it is.

11/10-09 “Full metal alcehmist ch 100 part 2″

Hi. : )

Today I, I don’t really know, at least I can’t remember. Even through it was just about ten minutes ago. . . Anyway I Felt like reading Majin Tantei nougami neuro.  But what I read was “the” death scene. That’s the only thing I have read of the manga. But I do want to read the whole manga, I don’t know if it ended then but the last chapter came up on the net last week I think. I also know that the manga gets more serious after what’s covered by the anime.

As soon as get to it I will read it! It’s on my do to list. Toghter with Akumetsu, gantz and Ai kora.  m. m.

Well, why hang around here? Let’s start with the continuation of my FMA 100 review.

Between two “real” (long) scenes is a page with Gracia and Elycia. Elycia wants to go to a friend and watch the eclipse, but Gracia explains to her that they have to stay home.  Then Elysia says that the eclipse will begin soon.

What I wonder if what effect the eclipse will have. I’m very sure that the eclipse will have a big impact on the nearest events.  Though, I don’t know in which way. Maybe something with alchemy? Does it get more powerful or the reverse? Or something completely different?

I’m dying to find out!

Meanwhile Ed appears at a place, I think it’s the bat cav- I mean Fathers place under central.  Before Ed has time to orientate himself Izumi also appears and then Al.

And then you get to see Hoienheims face, hand and leg, and on the same page Izumi and Ed’s surprised(in big need for a better word!) faces, why? You can wonder.

Well, I didn’t remember that father absorbed him so I went to check it out. In chapter 97. . .

It wasen’t clear that Father did that, he was just standing in front of hoiemheim. But,but..

Anyway, Hoienhaim could still talk, he was there but absorbed. 8|

But he later “take” hoinheim farther inside of his body so that he can’t tell Ed more about him.

Then he welcomes then, his dead  sacrifices to his palace.

Then Ed tries to wake Al up, “wake up Al, this guy is trouble”, or something. But Al does not respond.

And then, change of scence.

It’s Roy, Riza and Scar’s time now. And it’s not looking so good for them.

As seen above Riza gets pushed down by the candidates. Yeah, I know, I always chooses the right words. . . Anyway It’s not just Riza that can’t hold them any longer.

They corner Scar and slits Roy’s glove. He gets distracted and they take him down.

And about the picture above, with Riza. The minute I saw the page I understood  that something was bound to happen. She is his weak spot, right? Why? Not a clue, just a feeling/hunch that I have.

And B.T.W if you haven’t read that chapter, do so. It’s much more fun reading it “live”.  Doesn’t wont to spoil the fun.

Well, that dude had heard Roy on the radio and was happy that he decided to show up, that saved his some work. And then he kindly asks him to open the gate.

Roy just can’t believe what he heard and just replies “what”. Not that much of a shock if I think about it.

The dude continues to blab and says to him that it can be anyone, a dead parent, friend or lover. And he also adds that it will work just fine with Hughes.

About the dude, wasn’t he already old when he did the fuhrer experiments? Is he immortal? Houmculus or what?

But what do you know, just as expected Roy refuses to do it, knowing it’s meat to fail. That you can’t bring someone back from the dead.

And the dude agress, but tells him that he just have to open the gate and come back alive.

But Roy still says no, that he wont do it, no human transmutation, that the gate will stay closed.Was it only me who thought that that sounded weired, a little childish?

The dude just replies by. “Haven’t you been listening? There no more time”.

And then.

Yes, his buddies slits Rizas throat. I know that they would use her someway to get Roy to open the gate but even I got surprised.  That look on her face, I bet she was just as surprised as the rest of us.

This pic and the one above was in the same page but I think it’s better to chop it up (no pun). I doesn’t really like big pages on bloggs. It’s better to see the picture while reading. But I write so much it’s doesn’t really matters.

And look at that pic, I just couldn’t not leave it out! I don’t know why but I like pages where the blood flows, splat or whatever it’s called. Like it’s on that pic. It’s looks so realistic but still so sad. And they same thing whih the looks on theiere faces when they go down.

Oh, god I sound like a serial killer. . .

When this page came up I could not go to the next for over a half minute. I was just to exited. You know, like fan girl can get. : )

And Roy’s expression?  Now I truly know why I love this manga.  Roy’s faces.

The look he has now. Panic.  Hughes is one thing, he’s been dead for awhile. But Riza, is she really dead? It’s on the side. And one fan said that a wound like that is not deadly. Well, of course it deadly! But you don’t dies right away.

I could talk about this pages for hours but right now I can’t find words.

So, what do you think? Will Roy open the gate? (vote in my poll) It’s really hard to tell. I think, as all the Royai fans, that Roy love Riza. But still.

But I do think that he will do it, or else the story would not move on. Right?

Now, this is the end fore now. I will be back tomorrow. Probably with some new series. : ) And FMA BTW I love the new opening!
